Youtopia

The Brief

Youtopia is a mixed-use residential development built around resort-style shared amenities — a landscaped clubhouse, pool deck and recreation lawns wrapped by mid-rise apartment blocks. The massing favours clean horizontal balconies and light stone-and-render facades, giving the complex an airy, holiday-like street presence. Suvasthuk's design carries the same relaxed, amenity-first language from the entrance gateway through to the clubhouse interiors.
