What We Do

Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and fire suppression designed, supplied, and installed in-house.
Interior Finishes

Landscaping & Handover

Frequently Asked
Is turnkey more expensive than separate contracts?
A turnkey contract may carry a modest premium (typically 5–8%) over managing separate contracts yourself. But it eliminates hidden costs: coordination fees, delays caused by gaps between contractors, rework, and your own time. Most clients find the total cost comparable or lower.
Can I make changes after signing?
Yes, via a formal change order process. Any change is priced and agreed in writing before execution — no verbal approvals, no hidden additions at the end.
Do you do turnkey projects outside Bengaluru?
We primarily operate in Bengaluru and within 60 km. For projects further afield, contact us and we will assess feasibility.
